Platforms & Marketplaces
eCommerce Platforms and Marketplaces We Work With
Twenty-one platforms, each with a dedicated team and a page explaining exactly how we work on it — six store platforms, eleven consumer marketplaces and four B2B wholesale marketplaces, managed under one strategy rather than as separate silos.
- One catalog strategy, one forecast and one set of numbers across every channel
- Platform specialists rather than generalists rotating between accounts
- You own every account, always — we work under our own permissions inside yours

Own Store
Store platforms
Your own store is the only channel where you own the customer relationship, the data and the margin structure. These are the six platforms we manage end to end — store operations, marketing, SEO, paid media, CRO, retention, development and creative.
Store management, marketing, SEO, PPC, CRO, email and retention, theme and app development, and performance creative for Shopify and Shopify Plus.
WooCommerce store management, WordPress-side performance and maintenance, marketing, SEO, paid media, CRO and custom development.
Wix and Wix Studio store management, marketing, SEO, paid media, CRO, retention and Velo development.
Squarespace Commerce management, marketing, SEO, CRO, retention and Fluid Engine or custom development.
BigCommerce store management, multi-storefront and headless work, catalog operations, marketing, SEO, paid media and CRO.
Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source management, B2B features, complex catalogs, performance work, marketing and development.
Every store platform page links through to the specialist service behind it — management, marketing, SEO, PPC, CRO, email & retention, development and creative.
Global Reach
Global marketplaces
Marketplaces where the audience is international and the competition is everyone. Different ranking mechanics, different advertising systems and different operational obligations from your own store — and from each other.
Account and catalog management, Amazon SEO, Sponsored Products, Brands and Display, A+ content, Brand Store and account health.
Seller Center operations, listing quality, Walmart Connect advertising, Pro Seller and seller performance management.
Listing management at scale, item specifics, Promoted Listings, pricing strategy and seller performance.
Etsy SEO, listing creative, shop branding, Etsy Ads and the review and shop-quality signals that drive placement.
Creator and affiliate marketing, shoppable content, LIVE commerce, product listings and TikTok Shop advertising.
Cross-border growth — market localisation, landed-cost pricing, international catalog strategy, ads and promotions.
Regional
Regional marketplaces
Marketplaces that dominate a specific region and behave nothing like their Western equivalents. Campaign calendars, cash-on-delivery economics, local-language search and seller-score mechanics all change how the channel has to be run.
South Asia — Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal and Myanmar. Store operations, campaigns, listings and sponsored advertising.
Southeast Asia. Shop operations, campaigns and vouchers, Shopee Ads, Shopee Live and listing optimization.
Southeast Asia. Seller Center operations, Sponsored Solutions, campaigns and vouchers, LazLive and catalog quality.
Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Egypt. Seller Lab operations, bilingual listings, Sponsored Products and regional campaign planning.
Africa — Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, Morocco and West Africa. Seller Score, catalog, advertising, campaigns and delivery economics.
Selling across two or more regions? The catalog, pricing and campaign calendars are worth planning together rather than one marketplace at a time.
Wholesale
B2B & wholesale marketplaces
B2B changes the funnel entirely. Four marketplaces, no cart and no checkout — there is a search result, an inquiry, a quotation, a negotiation and eventually a wholesale order. It needs a different playbook, and we run it as one.
Supplier profile and storefront management, wholesale catalog optimization, Alibaba search visibility, keyword advertising, RFQ and inquiry handling, and international buyer strategy for manufacturers and wholesalers.

The core funnel here is visibility → buyer inquiry or RFQ → qualified lead → negotiation → wholesale order — not the retail path of visibility → listing → cart → purchase.
The Work
What we do on every platform
The platform changes the mechanics; it does not change the disciplines. Every page above is built on the same eight capabilities, weighted differently depending on what that platform actually rewards.
Management & Operations
- Day-to-day account and store operations
- Catalog, pricing and promotion management
- Account health and performance monitoring
Search & Visibility
- Platform-specific keyword research
- Listing, attribute and content optimization
- Organic ranking and competitor tracking
Advertising & Paid Growth
- Campaign structure by product and margin band
- Bid, budget and search-term management
- Measured on contribution, not on ROAS alone
Content & Creative
- Product imagery and specification graphics
- Enhanced and campaign content
- Storefront and brand presentation
Each capability has its own service page with the full methodology behind it. The platform pages show how it is applied; the service pages show how it works.
Together
How the channels fit together
Most growing brands end up on three or four channels. Run as separate silos they compete with each other on price, cannibalise each other on stock and produce four sets of numbers nobody can reconcile. Run as one channel mix, they do not.

Channel execution
One P&L
Channel Strategy
- Which channels earn their place, and which are a distraction at your size
- Role of each channel — acquisition, volume, margin or market entry
- Sequencing, so you add a channel when the last one is actually working
One Catalog Plan
- Master catalog with per-channel variants rather than four separate catalogs
- SKU selection by channel — not everything belongs everywhere
- Content and imagery produced once and adapted, not rebuilt per platform
Pricing & Margin
- Price positioning that does not have your channels undercutting each other
- Commission, fulfilment and advertising cost modelled per channel
- Contribution compared like for like across own store and marketplaces
One Set of Numbers
- Channel-level contribution rather than four platform dashboards
- Stock allocation decisions made against forecast, not against panic
- Reporting your finance team can reconcile without a spreadsheet rebuild
This is the work our eCommerce management and eCommerce marketing services do underneath every platform page above.
Fit
Choosing a platform by business goal
If you are deciding where to sell next rather than how to sell better where you already are, start here. These are the questions we work through in a channel audit.
If your goal is…
The platform that usually fits
Launch your first online store
Shopify for speed and simplicity, WooCommerce if you already run WordPress.
Own a complex or B2B catalog
Adobe Commerce (Magento) or BigCommerce, depending on team and budget.
Reach the largest consumer audience
Amazon first, then Walmart in the US and eBay for breadth and secondhand demand.
Sell handmade, vintage or design-led
Etsy, with the shop branding and creative work that platform actually rewards.
Sell through creators and short video
TikTok Shop, run as a creator and affiliate channel rather than a listing channel.
Enter South or Southeast Asia
Daraz for South Asia; Shopee and Lazada across Southeast Asia.
Enter the Gulf or Africa
noon for KSA, the UAE and Egypt; Jumia across Nigeria, Kenya and West Africa.
Sell wholesale to businesses
Alibaba.com, run as a lead and RFQ pipeline rather than a storefront.
Why Us
Why brands work with us across platforms
Eight reasons you can check rather than take on trust. Ask us for evidence on any of them.
Platform Specialists, Not Generalists
The person running your Shopee campaigns is not the person learning Shopee this quarter.
One Strategy Across Channels
Catalog, pricing and stock planned together so your channels stop competing with each other.
Management and Marketing Together
Operations and growth under one team, because on most platforms the two are the same job.
We Model Contribution
Commission, fulfilment, advertising, returns and promotion cost priced in before we call something profitable.
Data-Driven Optimization
Search terms, product-level conversion and platform data drive decisions rather than category folklore.
Scalable Support
Add a channel or a market without rebuilding your team or your reporting.
Transparent Reporting
One set of numbers per channel, reconcilable against your accounts — not four platform dashboards.
You Own Every Account
We work under our own permissions inside your accounts. If we part ways, everything stays with you.
FAQs
Platform FAQs
Eight questions that come up in most channel conversations. More on our full FAQ page.
How many channels should we actually be on?
Fewer than most brands assume. Each channel carries real fixed cost — catalog work, content, advertising management, operational monitoring — and a channel run badly does not just underperform, it damages your ratings and your pricing across the others. We normally recommend getting one channel genuinely working, then adding the second, rather than launching four and staffing none of them properly.
Should we sell on marketplaces or just our own store?
Usually both, for different reasons. Your own store is where you own the customer relationship, the data and the best margin, so it is the long-term asset. Marketplaces bring volume and put you in front of people already searching to buy, at the cost of margin and customer ownership. The mix depends on your category, your margin structure and how much demand actually exists for your brand name.
Do you work on all sixteen platforms for one client?
No, and we would talk you out of it. Most of our clients run between one and four channels. The list above is the range we can support, not a recommendation to be everywhere. A channel audit normally ends with us suggesting you drop one as often as add one.
Can you help us decide which platform to launch on next?
Yes — that is what a channel audit is for. We look at your category, margin structure, catalog, fulfilment capability and target markets, then tell you which channel fits and roughly what it will take to make it work. You keep the document whether or not you hire us.
How do you stop channels competing on price?
By setting pricing from a contribution model per channel rather than matching a competitor screenshot on each one separately. Commission, fulfilment, advertising and promotion costs differ substantially between your own store and each marketplace, so identical prices rarely mean identical margin. We set the positioning deliberately and monitor it, rather than letting each channel drift.
Do you handle the operational side or only marketing?
Both. On marketplaces especially, the split is artificial — seller ratings, dispatch performance and listing health directly control how much visibility your products get, so operations is commercial work. Our management and marketing services run together on the same accounts.
What if our platform is not on this list?
Tell us anyway. The disciplines transfer — catalog quality, search visibility, advertising structure, operational health and contribution modelling apply everywhere. If it is a platform we do not already run, we will say so honestly rather than learn it on your budget.
Who owns the accounts and the work?
You do, always. We work under our own user permissions inside your accounts. If the relationship ends, we remove our access and everything — listings, creative, campaigns, documentation — stays with you.
Not sure which channels are actually worth your time?
Book a channel audit. We will look at your current platforms, your catalog and your real contribution per channel, and tell you which one to fix first and which one to add next — whether or not you hire us.
